Ryomo sighed inwardly, relieved that Onoki would handle it. Her faith was ever-growing in the slightly mysterious man.

When the father mentioned that his daughter was just hanging out with her friends and was just snatched up, her heart hurt. It was very crucial that they found the daughter, for Ryomo feared the worst, having been in a similar situation.

"What's her name?" Ryomo asked softly. "When we find her, she probably won't trust just anyone. Her name, and something that would convince her that we're the good guys would be greatly appreciated."

Hotaru was too busy being cute and failing at annoyimg Ryuu.

The man walked over to the fireplace and picked up one of the many portraits from the mantle. He handed the picture to Ryomo, a sad look passing briefly across his face. It showed a young teenage girl with long brown hair and green eyes.

"Her name is Clarissa," he told them as he pulled one of the many jeweled rings from his finger. "Show her this, it should convince her I sent you. You should also tell her your from Fairy Tail... She's quite fond of magic."

Onoki kept quiet and looked at the oddly familiar girl. Maybe he had stayed away from home too long? He gave a bow to the man and flashed his best smile.

"Don't you worry, Mr Harwell. We'll be sure to have her back before evening supper!"

Ryomo nodded as Onoki reassured the man. She held on to the picture and the ring as if it were her life. She felt a new wave of determination.

Hotaru skipped along. She was feeling weaker but she didn't dhow it in any way. It took her a while to notice that she was going in the wrong direction. She had skipped all the way away from her group and was in the forest. A lady walked up to her. She grabbed Hotaru and ran. She knew this was a different one than the one that had kidnapped the girl. Hotaru tried to kick her and escape, but the lady pressed somewhere on her neck and she was unconscious.

Ryuu scratched his neck. He had just noticed that Hotaru was gone. "I know we've already got a situation but... where is our firefly girl? Meaning Hotaru, of course." he interrupted. This was not good... not good at all.

The minute they stepped out of the house Onoki let out a sigh of relief, his shoulders slumping back down as he relaxed. Being so uptight and formal killed his back, made him wonder how he managed all those years before...

He looked around as Ryuu brought him out of his daze and blinked. The kid was right, Hotaru had vanished! His head whipped around frantically.

"Oh man! Where is she?!" he hissed, grabbing both Ryomo and Ryuu as he walked down the street. "We gotta get away from the client, don't want him to hear this..."

He stopped once they were far away enough and turned to his partners.

"Well now what? We're about to start a mission and our teammate goes missing! I can't track people, it's not my type of magic!"

Ryomo reached up and grabbed Onoki's face with both hands. "Calm. Down. Being frantic wont help anyone" she said boldly while looking in his eyes.

Her mind was going everywhere at once. Why? Why take Hotaru? Are they the same people who took Clarissa? Why? Why is there so many kidnapping freaks here?!

"You!" she yelled at Ryuu, "Do you know any reason why they would take Hotaru? Other than her small size. And you!" she pointed at Onoki, "Does anyone in this town strike you as a pedophile, kidnapper, or someone you dont want your kids hanging around? And do you know anyone here with that type of magic?"

Ryuu thought. Even though he tried, he could see no reason to kidnap Hotaru. In anycase, how to find her was another story.

The lady shrugged. Hotaru had tried to kidnap the girl her mistress had requested, and the girl had tried to escape, so she rendered her unconscious. She walked into the cave which looked like a giant castle. It was underground, and the entrance to the Underground Pavilon was well hidden. Lady Godiva only revealed it to high ranking members of her orginization. She walked up to Mistress Godiva's chambers. Knocking on the door, she paused. The door swung open, and Godiva's slim figure was revealed. Lady Godiva had long slim black hair, complemented by green eyes. She wore a long black silk dress. Godiva looked beautiful, but it was slightly frightening even to be near her.

Back where Ryuu is
"What are we going to do? We don't know who did it, where they are, or what there motives are." Ryuu asked. He was greatly troubled by this.

Onoki puffed out his breath. Ryomo was right, he had to calm down... but he was struggling. This town was making him feel really frazzled. He rubbed his eyes behind his glasses and tried to think. He was supposed to be the leader, he could do this!

"It's been a couple of years since I've been back here but I doubt things have changed much," he said, looking toward the town. "There's not really anyone who would do something at this scale... It might be the same guy who took Clarissa. If we get on with the mission, we might find her with him, right?"

Right when Okoni stated that idea, a knife landed at Ryuu's feet, a note attatched to it. Ryuu read it. "Godiva." he said. "She stole Clarissa from the first person to kidnap her and now she took Hotaru."

He saw questioning glances and handed the note to Okoni, which should have confirmed what Ryuu had said. Lady Godiva was a legend in her own right, being known everywhere even though nothing was really known about her. It was only known that Godiva was extremely dangerous.
