Jian disappeared into the shadows with a flourish of his cape. Getting back into the palace had been easy, the guards weren't as astute as he remembered, and the magical fortifications hadn't picked up his dead pulse on the way inside. His son had been easy to manipulate, being overjoyed to see him walking again had blinded him to his evil intentions. Needless to say when he found out what he had planned he had tried to stop him, but the boy was no match for someone who had seen what he had.

Getting to his granddaughter was the tricky part. She was the most protected person in the kingdom and no one was going to let him by without a fight. Lucky for him he had taken enough energy to stay young enough to demolish most of the palace guard with a single ring of his bell. It had taken a long time but he did reach her. She had looked so happy to see him... that was until his hands were around her throat and he was eating the life out of her. She had tasted so sweet and exotic. Such a delicious mix of dragon magic and the innocence of youth.

Now that she was dead there were too many people out looking for him. He decided to flee for now and savour the new strength he had obtained. He rang his bell, opening another portal to the underworld and stepped through it. Most of the people left in the palace wouldn't be able to follow him here, he would be safe for now.

Sanar looked around as she felt a portal to the underworld opening. As she cursed she hid, hoping no one would see her. She looked at the girl putting puzzles on the floor and signaled to her to scat right now before she was killed. She recognized her as one of the ones who were missing. She cursed again:this was worse than she thought.

Jian walked over to a ledge and splayed out the map he had stolen from the palace. With all the chaos going on no one had noticed that he had swiped it as he left. He had to make this quick, he was sure the palace necromancer would be after him soon enough. He quickly looked over the map, making note of the landmarks that he needed to know in order to reach the dragon kingdom.

He looked at his hand, the skin drawn tight over his bones, and smiled. The energy he had stolen from Lia was certainly doing wonders, as all dragon magic did. He couldn't believe how young he felt! It was almost like he was 15 again.

There was a girl on the floor. It seemed she was dead, actually dying. Then Lere came in. "Darn, people re-killing my corpses..." she muttered, kicking the corpse somewhere else. And then she looked at Jian. "Hey you! Bow down to me!" she shouted at him, imposing her will which had the strenght of... something incomperable.

Jian was so caught up in reading his map he realised too late that he was not alone in the underworld. His hand was already reaching for his bell but his actions were interrupted by a command.

"Hey you! Bow down to me!" a woman's voice barked at him.

He cursed as he felt his will leave him and his body moved to obey. He tried to fight it but his body refused to listen to his wishes anymore and knelt down, head bowed. It wasn't all bad though. As he bowed he could see his face reflected in the surface of the water below him. He wanted to smile but his body refused him even that.

Ah well... he thought to himself. At least no one will recognise my face...

Lere looked at him. Then too fast for her to realize, Sanar was right next to her. Her focus on Jian was broken, but before anyone could take 2 steps, Sanar haqd them both in their will. Sanar's will broke under Lere's will and both of them were under her will before anyone could move.

Sanar was frozen. The command Lere had just imposed upon them was to be under her command from now on. Sanar could move a little, but once she moved, Lere focused on both of them so they couldn't move. Unless Sanar could break it, which was unlikely, she'd be doomed to serve this necromancer, as would Jian.

Jian's eyes glazed over as he relinquished control to the necromancer that was holding him down. It couldn't hurt to play along for now... perhaps it could lead him to a better position to get away later.

He sighed inwardly to himself. Why was it that women always seemed to ruin his life? As if he couldn't get into enough trouble without their help... He was beginning to think that necromancy probably wasn't the best choice he had made for himself. It made him think what his life would have been like if he had chosen something a little less messy like elemental magic?

He let his thoughts wander as he waited for his next command, happy to sit idly by while the women squabbled.

Lere focused on Jian most. She sensed he had a plan to escape. Well now, we couldn't have that. She'd have to keep an eye on him.

Sanar was struggling. Her will was strong, but Lere's was stronger. She managed to break for a moment, but then...

Lere focused back on Sanar and then Jian, using the rest of her remaining will that she wasn't using already. "Be still." she hissed. She grinned with satisfaction.

Sanar gasped as the command hit her. It was so strong she could barely breath.

(OOC: lololol, this could get rather boring for me if you don't do anything XDD)

Jian waited patiently, sending out an alarm ping to Yuropa and hoping she was listening. He could hear some kind of commotion going on and was rather curious. He wished he would watch what was happening and tried to lift his head but to no avail. Instead he sat patiently, letting his thoughts run off to times long forgotten in his memories.
