The uploader: Yes, but Rei and QC Staff have veto power
The viewers: No
Rei: Yes, and QC Staff

All the apparent values reflect my view, then it's up to QC Staff and myself to comb over the database making sure everything is consistent.

@Zitronenkirsche I'm the one who is currently dealing with the pokemon franchise at the moment so I'll answer this one.

I will not be assigning a gender to any of them, excluding Pikachu and Meowth because they are main characters. They are being listed as animals so they don't need to include all the information.

Also please add all pokemon to the Pokemon Games and not the series. Thank you~
