Both Characters are Yuuko Kino----a only the First one is listed only for Baka and Test Summon the Beasts while the second one is listed only for Baka and Test Summon the Beasts 2! Instead of the first one listed for both.

So the second one should either be deleted as a duplicate or remarked under the series Weiß Kreuz Glühen. But then the other characters would also need to be allowed to have their alternate pictures there.

Sorry, I didn't quite understand what was going on with the Ran/Aya Fujimiya originally (I only skimmed it).

These are all duplicates from Rosario + Vampire. They all say they are UPDATED versions. But in this case updated version is a fancy word for the exact same character just two different pictures for each season. The same characters appears in BOTH seasons, their ages only change by a year or so, so their overall appearance NEVER changes between seasons.

Super Moka is the name given for the top version although the name given to the bottom one is better at Moka Akashiya (Vampire) as that IS Moka Akashiya but in her true vampire form/personality.

Sorry It's not a duplicate but needs to be deleted. It's in listed in Rosario + Vampire as well, but there is no such character as Kokoa Akashiya. There is a character in Rosario + Vampire Capu 2 called Kokoa Shuzen but that picture doesn't really look like her but despite that she NEVER makes an appearance in season 1.
