Malachi was up in an instant to catch his mother before she fell but he was too slow to catch the flask. Yuropa gave an unhappy squeal as it shattered, the ruby stone popping out of the container and letting the spirit run free for a moment. Malachi sighed.

"See Ma, this is why I tell you not to buy the cheap ones," he grumbled and stooped to pick up the ruby, "They break too easily... how much did you waste on this garbage anyway?"

He waited for the angry rant that was bound to come but it never came. His mother was too preoccupied in holding the spirit in place. He shook his head and rummaged around in her purse for the diamond flask she carried with her.

"Don't be a scrooge, use the better one. This spirit obviously can escape your little flasks..."

Sanar was trying to hold back a smile, but one side of her mouth was twitching up. "Yahooo~!" a yell said. "Crazy necromancer lady, I have been commanded to help you!"

Looking up, Sanar saw a person. "What is someone from the Aoitatsu group doing here? Or is it Ryuu Aoi? Getting crusty on my Japanese." Sanar said. The person just looked at her. "Who cares? I don't even want to be here. I've got better things to do than to help a necromancer and her son, but I have to take this job or I won't ever take another one. Meaning if I don't do this, they'll kick me out of the RAP group forever. Lose my job in the Blue Dragon Pyrophobia clan." she responded. Sanar rolled her eyes. Who would want to help a girly woman and her little brat? She did not like people who took souls. Especially hers.

Yuropa narrowed her eyes at the spirit as it rambled some nonsense at her. Maybe it was a bad idea to have taken it back from the underworld? It seemed to have effected the spirit's mind in some way.

Malachi made to step forward but she held him back with a shake of her head and a glare. She snatched her purse from him and held out her hand for the ruby he was holding.

"Malachi." she said sternly, "I didn't say you could go through my purse. I don't think I'll be needing that diamond flask, I think the transition negatively effected this spirit."

The man grumbled as he handed over the stone and looked once more to the spirit.

"What does she mean 'help us'?" he wondered to no one but himself,

"Why are you looking at me? I'm not talking to you. Or not now, in anycase." she said, pointing to the female who had spoken. "I don't understand why she came. I thought the RAP didn't help scum like necromancers and their apprentices."

"Heya," the female said, who scratched her head in annoyance. She never liked necromancy either. Nethertheless, she shouldn't be talking, because she used to be a necromancer. Not anymore, though. That was in the far past. At closer look,Sanar mused, the he was a she.

Malachi's eyes flared with anger. He pulled his arm free of his mother and stepped forward, pointing to the one who spoke

"I am nobody's apprentice, let alone a necromancer!" he raged, his hand reaching to his belt where he kept his stones.

Once again he was stopped by his mother who whispered something urgently in his ear. He calmed down somewhat but still eyeballed the spirits

Sanar smiled. "I think I like you, Malachi..." she said. The newly revealed boy looked at his hair. He took out a sword and made it shorter. Surprisingly, the hair looked nice and not horrible. "Hm? I wasn't directing it at you." he said. "She said it." he said, gesturing to Sanar. "Anyway, I am called Kuro Tane... I don't think I introduced myself properly..."

Sanar looked at Kuro Tane.. "Blue Dragon Pyrophobia? Wait, I see... but if you were the leader of BDP, then how could you lose your job?" Sanar asked. "Hm? I'm not. You're getting me confused with someone else. I am Blue Dragon Pyrophobia. No, I'm in RAP, or Ryuu Aoi Pyrophobia. Blue Dragon Pyrophobia is what I was called. As for being a leader, I almost was but then due to manipulation, lying, and cheating, I am not anywhere near that anymore. I could be exiled. So here I am." Kuro Tane said."May I call you Kuro?" Sanar asked. He nodded, to show he didn't care.



Sanar tilted her head. No need for endearment, She was dead and everyone around her was alive. Even Kuro-san was alive. He was the one she liked most in the whole group. "Necromancer's son...Growl..." she muttered so no one could hear her.

Yuropa raised a well-plucked eyebrow at the spirit and the new arrival, a young boy it would seem. She watched as they talked amongst themselves about nothing important and huffed.

"Come now Malachi, this is nonsense. We need to find your father before he gets into more trouble!" she tried to pull him away but the man refused.

"They said they came to help us..." he mumbled, hunching his shoulders. He reached into one of the many pouches at his waist and ran his fingers over the cold stone that lay inside. "What if they can help?"

"Don't be silly, boy," Yuropa scolded, "I'm a necromancer, we don't accept help. Come, we're leaving."

He watched as his mother strode off, ever so confident with her nose in the air. He didn't want to admit it but she was right, she always was in these instances.

Kuro took shadow form and followed. He wouldn't have if he could have, but they had sort of bound him to the Necromancer's aura. Plus, it gave him a chance to use shadow form. Only Grim Reapers could use that. Well... he was part Grim Reaper, after all. So, he had no choice. Sanar also followed, since she was a spirit and the necromancer had caught her.

Malachi strode after his mother with a heavy sigh. He caught up to her with a few steps as his gait was long and he looked down at her.

"... Are we even going to right way?" he asked quietly, feeling like there were people watching them. "Someone's following us, Ma."

Yuropa was smiling as she walked and showed him her tracker that was still beeping.

"Honey, you think I'd just let him get away again? Please, give me a little credit!" she chuckled as she followed where he bugged husband had gone. "I put a tracking device on him the moment I caught up!"

Sanar was getting annoyed. Then she realized what Yuropa was about to to, and tried to catch her before she fell into a hole. "What are you doing, falling in a hole? You two aren't that bright, are you?" Sanar said. Then she saw Jian. She pointed.
