Japan called out Germany's name one more time. Suddenly, the steel door opened, revealing Germany inside what was now a room. "What is it, Japan?" Germany asked.
"Germany! I'm so glad to see you." Japan said, out of breath. "I was attacked by that monster in the library and I dropped the key and I got locked in there and-"
"Whoa, Japan. Calm down. Take a deep breath."
Japan did as Germany told. "Okay. I went into the library and found an onigiri on the table. As soon as I grabbed it, that monster started chasing me. I was attacked, and while we were fighting I lost the library key. I found it on the floor and then I made a run for the exit. I made it out okay, as you can see, then I went to you."
"Wow, that sounded horrible."
"Anyway, Germany, what are you doing in there?"
"Nothing. Just don't ask about it."
"Okay. Well, I'm goin back to the library to see if anything was left behind."
"Okay. Good luck, Japan."

Japan went back down to the library. He slowly opened the door and observed the room before going in. Smack in the middle of the room was a key. It was labeled, "Second floor key." There were at least 6 rooms on the second floor! Great help.
Japan exited the library and ran back up the stairs to the second floor. He tried unlocking the doors with the key and eventually, he found the right door. He opened the door and in the room...
...was Prussia.
"Prussia-san? There you are!" Japan exclaimed, locking the door behind him.
Prussia turned around to face Japan. "Jappy! Oh, thank frickin' GOD you found the Awesome Me!"
"Tell me what happened when that monster attacked you."
"Huh? Oh, yeah, okay. The monster appeared behind Italy and then I saw it and took a swipe at it with my awesome sword. It jumped back a bit, then West and I began to fight it; Italy just watched in fear."
"Typical Italy..." Japan muttered.
"The monster became too powerful for The Awesome Me and West, so we had to flee. We all ran upstairs and then separate ways so we could hide. I chose this room because it looked almost as awesome as me. Plus it looked safe."
"Ah, I see. Well, I'm glad you're alright."
"Hey, Japan, don't you feel some kind of presence?"
"Presence? No... I don't..."
"Outside the door."
"Yes... I do. Prussia, what's going on?"
"I have no frickin' clue!" Suddenly, something on the other side began to bang on the door. "Holy Geezus, it's obviously the thing!"
"Don't open the door!"
"Japan, we have to fight it no matter what. If we stay in here, he'll just wait from the outside."
Japan sighed. "Fine... let's get this over with." He wielded his sword; Prussia did the same. Prussia walked over to the door. He looked back at Japan and nodded; Japan nodded in return.
Prussia unlocked the door.

I really enjoyed this anime! It was my first anime so it holds a special place in my heart. I just love the story line, it's very unique. The characters are so different but at the same time you love them all! I've rewatched this series many times and recommend it for young and old alike. But not too young, because there is some PG13 aspects.
