Not understanding what happened, she screams at him. Subsequently, it turns out that Yuuhi is his fiancé as arranged by their parents. | Like Life's story revolves around Kazuma Kōsaka who had to move into his aunt's house due to his parents always being too busy.He lives next door to his childhood friend Yumi Miyasato,and the two of them walk together to Shitasōnomiya Academy which they both attend. One day at school,many strange transfer students arrive at school: all over town, objects start turning into girls,though they still retain some form of what they used to be on their person. Kazuma's mobile phone is no exception and turns into a girl he names Himeko Kōsaka. |

| Now, personally, I love Snow Sakura, mainly because it's just so dang happy, man. I didn't really mind the fact that it took forever to get started with the characters, because I just... I dunno, I just like the fact that most of the game involves you with all of the characters, unlike Yume Miru. It gets a point taken off because some of the routes are hit-or-miss. By the way, this is my third visual novel.

| Evangelion is probably one of the most controversial franchises out there, known for being confusing, convoluted, and having a spineless protagonist(jeez guys, stop hating on Shinji, poor kid's been through enough). The cast is one that I easily got attached to (yes, even Shinji), and the mechs are the only ones that come close to Zoids in terms of awesomeness. This series is extremely deep, and I am proud to have it tied with Zoids as my favorite anime of all time. |

| Yume Miru Kusuri, my fourth visual novel, is my favourite visual novel so far, if only because of Aeka. If you're going to play this one, do Aeka's route last. Seriously, you'll feel like a jerk if you don't. Technically, I should rate the game down a little because Mizuki's route doesn't interest me at all - I haven't played it, and don't plan on doing that. Nekoko's route was pretty good, though. The side characters are also pretty likeable. The game itself is pretty depressing, though.

| Kazuma Hoshino is a young student, who in the company of his younger brother Ayumu, move from undisclosed urban Japan into the rural city of Yamabiko. On their way to Yorozuyo Inn, where they are prearranged to lodge, the boys get on the wrong bus however, forcing them to wait out the next ride at a stop. Lounging around and passing time, a wild monkey mischievously steals Ayumu's hat, an upset Kazuma giving chase into surrounding forest.
Minutes pass, and though scuffed and worn, Kazuma is able to recover the hat to the realization that he is lost. Ui Nakatsugawa, a schoolgirl, happens upon Kazuma and happily leads him in the direction of the bus stop, skipping across a river he'd passed earlier with ease. Encouraged by her to do the same, Kazuma lands wrong, causing him to tackle Ui to the ground with a kiss. Having been seen and scolded by her friend Ibuki Hinata, Kazuma leaves, disheartened that his time with Ui was momentary.
