Actually, Ganta. I've read an article that says he messes with your electronics. He can be seen without a camera as well. You can tell that he is close when your screen is fuzzy, so he's messing with your flashlight.

Trust me, you can see him without a camera. In the original Slender Man game and this one, you have no camera.
