SSS	a years project requiring everything i am capable of and beyond. or a project requiring more than one thousand modifications
SS	highly complex project that stands alone as the biggest accomplishment in a month or season
S	a special project requiring many delicate modifications. can only be done during periods of absolute focus and concentration
A	complex change. should take a lot of planning, maybe a few days to complete
B	routine, but will take a while. more than a few steps and aspects to the project. could take a few sessions over hours
C	routine. change a block of code, test, upload. under an hour
D	simple. change a couple lines of code, test, upload. few minutes

In general, A-D ranked projects are pretty routine. Things I've done hundreds of times already. S ranked project range from a few minutes to many, many hours of work. Because they require creating new things, it requires a much higher level of concentration on my part to do.

Here members can register issues they want addressed. Comments can be posted, and issues can be voted up or down.

Having a centeralized place like this should help me to keep track of what everyone wants done, and the best ideas can float to the top with the help of endorcements by other members.

I'll check this list everytime I have the energy to get something done.

Suppose we'll have a 3 step process...

1. new issue 2. issue has been acted on by me 3. issue is considered complete

So anyways, they'll work like a Bugtracker / Todo List / Requests page.
