Last one! Never thought I'd actually finish this one! lol. That was cute, I love little Ginko. Random mountain mushi in this one, it just randomly leaves for no real reason other than it can and leaves the whole mountain barren. Makes a volcano out of the mountain too.

I love how he was just like "oh, we met before? I don't remember". Poor Taku, didn't even get to talk with Isaza, only got told that he's still about somewhere, doing his thing.

Welp, this one kinda freaked me out. I mean, her eyeballs became independent from her face and just dropped out of her sockets! I had the biggest cackle at her derp-face though, how the eyes are just rolling around. That ---- is funny.

Woulda sucked to be here though. Sounds like a pain in the ass, seeing everything despite having closed eyes. :S

Ginko meets another mushishi, one that lives in this outlying village. I was not a fan. She's a bit stupid for a mushishi. I mean, she didn't even listen to Ginko's advice about not burning the whole mountain... and then 7 people DIED! D

All is forgiven?! WTF

Aww, how sweet. She got to live a happy life by the sea with the man she loved.

This one was pretty straight-forward... kinda? She had these mushi in her voice that created this rust on everything. It's all good though, she moved to the seaside where the mushi can't stand and sings in the mountains to get rid of the rust.

This was a bit of a creepy one. I mean, who the hell wants to give births to the reincarnation of your mum? That's... wrong. I would never agree to something like that. I mean, screw the rest of the family, I wanna grieve because my mum just died. I don't want to give birth to her!

Plus what kind of weird little kid says "when I'm older I wanna give birth to my mum when she dies". GAWD. That one just left me feeling strange!

Also... was it just me or did Mio really just look like a man? I know that lots of women have short hair but Mio just... didn't look all that femimine to me.

This one got pretty hectic for Mushishi! I mean, that lady stabbed Ginko! The Watahiki kinda creeped me out, how they learnt to speak and all, it was like a human except it wasn't! I don't even understand that, I thought mushi were just weird things... that didn't learn... :S

Kinda sad that they had to kill their "children" but seriously, they were like evil dead kids! I'd be worried that they would kill me while I slept, the little freaks! And now Ginko has talking liquid in a bottle O__O

Tanyuu and Ginko are so cute together! It made me squee! There's always someone who has to seal some great evil inside themselves only to have it pass on to their kin, right? Well that's what happens to poor Tanyuu, though she takes it pretty well.

I had to smile at her and Ginko flirting. It's the first time I've seen him show an interest in someone. He would probably make a good husband for her anyway, a mushishi and a woman with a mushi in her. Perfect match!

Awww, that one was sweet. No one died and it was the happiest ending!

Despite no one being able to see her, Seijiro married her anyway. And he got completely ostracised from the village but didn't care because she eventually came back to the human world.

I remember this one! This was the one I saw my sister watching ages ago!

Kai is an artist and he goes off to the big city to make a name for himself. Before he leaves his little mountain village though, his sister makes him a haura of silk from the mountains and he paints a beautiful picture on it.

Eventually when he gets really famous he keeps getting all these letters reminding him of deadlines and he just burns them all. Turns out that when he goes back to his village there was a landslide that wiped it out.

His sister did write to him but he... kinda burnt the letter by mistake. His dad died in the slide but his sister survived... long enough to give birth to a baby boy then died.

It cracks me up how Ginko just blatantly rips off Adashino with the fake. I also laughed at how he got sucked into the mud, I woulda lost my ---- too!

Welp, you learn something new every day! Apparently, instead of having mobile phones and all that they have these weird mushi cocoons that take each other messages... yeah. :/

Aya and Ito's story was sad, how she got stuck inside the uoana by accident. At least she came out eventually. So I guess they can be happy now, right?

This one wasn't epic said either. I'm starting to like this trend! Kaji's mother starts to lose her memories about things and Ginko easily figures out that it's a mushi that eats memories.

Pretty creepy that one. It's like a shadow snake that enters your ear and goes into your brain and eats your memories that you don't really need. Like, memories about some guy that you met 10 years ago or something. So you can still function, you just forget things.

It was sad how she found out that her husband had another family. That's pretty low dude. I mean, you don't just bail and start another family! Poor Sayu!

That was a cute one. No one died. for once! Miharu kinda reminded me of Ginko when he was a kid, a bit more cheeky though. This one was beautiful though. There was an "eternal spring" mushi going on. First a flower one would give off this smell and these butterfly ones would continue it.

Poor Suzu though, after her brother hasn't woken up for a whole year then Ginko goes all Bear Grylls on her and also falls asleep until spring. I would have been crying too! It was cute how Miharu became rather attached to Ginko. Made me smile.

Jeez, that one was sad... but at least it had a happy ending. Guy is mysteriously stuck in a bamboo forest. Turn out that there's this white bamboo tree that is really a mushi that keeps them in there.

Pretty full on when you realise that Setsu is the child of a mushi and a human. I mean, WTF?! I don't even... and she also had a weird bamboo baby... I felt so bad for Kisuke when he finally got out of the village and his own sister was like "go away, you're kid is evil". So sad! I liked that ending though. It was like, you don't see it, but he is going to be happy.

I get the feeling that most the ones from here on will be sad.

This one a guy felt so guilty because the girl he was going to elope with fell off a bridge and was possessed by mushi. When the mushi left her body, she died. The guy ended up with the same fate because he couldn't bare "walking over her" across the mushi bridge.

Best episode yet! In this one you got to see Ginko's past... and that he was previously called "Yoki" before he forgot his name and gave his eye to the tokoyami.

He was such a sweet kid. He just wanted somewhere to belong. It's a shame that Nui died but now I know how he lost his eye. Pretty epic story.

This was an interesting one. Ginko met another mushishi who became a guardian of a mountain. It was sad because the guy didn't want to at first but his girlfriend killed the previous one so he kinda had to. Then he let another mushi eat him to become the next guardian.

It was good, Ginko got as emo as I'd ever seen him so far. Probably was nice to meet someone who knew what it was like for him.

This one had Adashino return... but he got told off by Ginko for being careless with his mushi collection. Some kids snuck into his storehouse and started freezing because they used an ink stone.

Good thing Ginko is a smart man and figured it out pretty quick. No one died this time and the artisan got to keep making stone knowing that they didn't kill people, lol.

Geez, Ginko's almost like a doctor. Always seeing people at their worst.

Anyway, in this one he pretty much put his job on the line to help out this farmer guy. He kinda made him immortal because he planted the mushi inside him instead of in the ground. Wonder if he'll get in trouble for that later?

Ugh. Epic sad. Guy looses his wife to a sea mushi. Need a break from all that now!

This one was a nice break from all the sad ones before. A guy chasing rainbows. Sure he had an emo back
story but it wasn't like the others so I didn't mind it.

Characters introduced: Kourou, Kenrou

Another sad-ish one. This one was more like some drug metaphor or something. The girl sniffs the flowers
and inhales mushi in order to escape reality.

Characters introduced: Nagi, Akoya

This one was a little sad even though nothing bad actually happened. Ginko just seems like something really bad happened to him... although that would make sense considering he's lost an eye.

Characters introduced: Adashino, Io

This one was a bit more extreme than the others. For a start there was no gross sludge. The mushi in this one looked like birds. It was just sad because everyone Jin knew just died, all because he had mushi living in his dreams.

I'm starting to think that maybe all mushi are going to be weird and slimy? This one had snail-like mushi that ate up sound from peoples ears.

Maho had a rare one though. His didn't come out with salt water like the others. But it did go pop and ooze out his ears when he listened to his blood flowing through his hands.

Ok, it's starting to pique my interest now. This one, Ginko went to see this little girl, Sui, who had mushi living in her eyes. Kinda grossed me out how they came oozing out though.

At least now Ginko is becoming interesting. One eye, eh? Gotta be more plot behind that one.

This was... odd. I'll have to watch more to see how it goes. My sister said it was pretty full on but I'm not really sure how at the moment. It's not an action one and it doesn't seem like a drama? Guess its on to episode 2!

Kinda cool how everything that kid drew just came to life. Much like Sai's ninjutsu but still just as cool.
