Well that was rather disappointing. The ending was terrible. I mean, they didn't even say how Yoh actually WON. Come on! As if Anna would ever give up on being Shaman Queen, that's just ludicrous!

I thought they might have shown the future like in the manga, I loved that chapter. Seeing how they all ended up, ah the memories. Plus they didn't really resolve the Hao problem. I mean, he isn't really a bad guy. He's just messed up. They had to leave out a lot of things (like how Faust actually DIED?!) but that was just crappy.

Very disappointed.

I'm getting increasingly frustrated with all the damn filler characters in this anime... and the major deviations! For a start, all of their ultimate O.S.s are just... NOT what they are meant to look like. Len's team. Yoh's are pretty set.

It also peeves me off how they ignored the whole team "Funbari Onsen". I mean, that's why it's funny, Anna just wants to promote her future business XDD

And they don't combine their spirits. WTF was that? I got weirded out by that. I do approve of Jun's extended role though, she needed more screen time in the manga... she is teh smex.

Yeah I dunno what's happening anymore. The plot has totally fallen to ----. everything is totally out of whack.

They keep saying that they have to prepare for round 2 but... everything that they played already with the team fights HAS been round 2. At least, that's what is meant to happen in round 2!

... they made Eliza talk as well... that was weird. O__o And I'm not sure why they didn't put Faust into a wheelchair. Was it too hard or something? That's why the plane thing was funny... oh wait. They didn't have the Patch jumbo jet scene... -__-

Ok ok ok, things are falling to ---- now. Disappointing really. It started off so well!

For a start, the whole "let's get on Len's private jet and fly to the Patch Village" was fail. All the shaman were meant to go on this massive jumbo and then get dropped from the sky! It was better that way!

Instead they decided to put in a ----load of stupid fillers, extend the roles of the Lilly 5 (UGH!) and try make them more likeable. Not. Happy. Jan! I was pleased that Hao's story stayed unchanged... not sure why they called him Zeke though :S

So much good ---- is being left out because they decided to create fillers instead of follow the plot. It makes me sad. At least the X-Laws actually killed someone, sure it was a filler, but they did. You know they badass.

Tamao moves in with Yoh? I don't recall that ever happening. I didn't like how they changed her character so much. It's just changing a lot of plot. Plus Yoh doesn't find out that she likes him til MUCH later. Like near the end! Hence why she gets stronger.

God, Len reminds me so much of Kanda. They're both assholes. -__- The scene with the celebration at Yoh's house was great. Just like the manga, made me chuckle. The hot spring thing was a bit gay though.

I also didn't understand how Pailong transformed into a dragon. That ---- was baloney to the highest extent. It was a stupid aside to the main fight with Tao En, which is epic due to the fact that it's his dad!

Also, wtf? Tao En isn't his father in the anime? What's the point of that? It would have made much more sense if it was his dad like the manga, hence why he is so messed up! The rest of the Tao's don't make an appearance for a while, most of them just as cameos such as the mum, Tao Ren.

Ugh, more bloody filler characters! It was going so well, now it's kinda getting more holes as they add more filler and less plot T__T

Random Horohoro fight, now we know he's through (well duh!). Also, they showed Ryu fighting too early, the Tokageroh surprise was meant to be later... when they reunited. And I don't think it was right of them to make the first appearance of lvl 3 Over Soul to be used on stupid fillers. It's always so much better in the manga. *sigh*

Plus Tamao does NOT fight! Not until like... the last chapter! That was a load of bull. Although Ryu cracks me up, I always did like him. He gets so intense about Tamao being cute, I can't wait until he sees Lyserg! XD

After the whole Ginny problem went away it continued along the manga path again, with a lot more hot spring scenes than I remember, lol.

Horohoro is exactly the same, except for some stupid reason they call him Trey? Silva (and I assume the rest of the Patch Tribe) was pretty spot on, with his talking animal spirits and all.

Faust is... well he's just Faust. Got distracted by his voice for a moment though until I realised it was Emiya. LOL. He sounds pretty much the same, except a bit more like a pansy. They did a good job of capturing his crazy, but I know they won't show how he dissected Morty... that was ----ED UP ----.

Ryu has become a shaman and pissed off until later when he will return with Tokageroh as his spirit and surprise everyone (I'm such a spoiler). Yoh's dad also made a brief cameo and will appear later.

I'm not gonna bother writing separate blogs for this like I do with the other because really, who the ---- cares about 64 episodes of this?

While I did love the Shaman King manga, I figured the anime would be terrible. It's so far been pretty good, following the manga pretty much to a tee.

Except in this episode. For some reason they decided to add a random "anime only" character, Ginny Tao, as a filler? She was defeated pretty easily so it was a bit pointless as a filler, hope she doesn't pop up again.

Also, why the fudge are the Tao's dubbed with an English accent? They're CHINESE! UGH!
