CAP_LINKAGE	No	Allow an admin to assign characters to a series, or assign a series to a franchise.
CAP_TEMP_BAN	No	Allow an admin to make short term bans.
CAP_UTMP	No	Allow an admin to view the login history page.
CAP_CHAR_SELF	No	Allow an admin to post characters to the database they upload. Self Moderation.
CAP_CHAR_MOD	No	Allow an admin to moderate characters globally.
